      يتناول هذا البحث موضوعاً يتركز في جانب تحديد مفهوم ومحتوى الإستراتيجية. وقد أشارت الأدبيات إلى عدد من المحاولات التي هدفت إلى تلمس مفهوم ومحتوى الإستراتيجية في منظمات الأعمال، غير أن تلك المحاولات- على الرغم من ندرتها- كانت تتسم بغلبة الأطر النظرية والتعبير عن المفهوم، بالإستناد إلى حوارات فكرية وإرهاصات ذات علاقة بمفهوم ومحتوى الإستراتيجية.

تلعب الاعتمادات المستندية دوراً كبيراً وخطيراً في التجارة الدولية باعتبارها إحدى أوسع أدوات الدفع انتشاراً في العالم سواءاً كان ذلك بالنسبة للمستورد أم للمصدر وتغطيتها للمخاطر المحتملة لكلا الطرفين، فهي تؤمن للمصدر استلام قيمة البضاعة بالكامل عند تنفيذها لشروط العقد، ويسمح للمستورد بعدم الدفع إلا بعد إتمام شحن البضاعة وتقديم المستندات المطلوبة واستلامها.

The research aims to identify the effectiveness of violence by parents in the consolidation of positive values among students. Additionally, the research aims to identify the differences in violence levels among students regarding their gender (males & females). The study was limited to the intermediate school students in Baghdad city / Karkh2 for the academic year 2017-2018. The results showed that males are more violent than females do and that discrimination led to experience violence more than other methods. Methylcyclohexane dehydrogenation reaction in the absence of hydrogen was used as a test reaction. An attempt was made to relate the behavior of the catalysts upon subject to reaction, to the dispersion of the same type of catalysts upon treatment with similar atmosphere and temperatures which appeared in literature.
