The letters are exposed in some texts of the classical Arabic language (poetry or prose), or in some of the Qur’anic texts, which are the main sources that were adopted on the day when provisions, rules and linguistic controls were established. I say that some of these letters are exposed in some contexts to deletion, mention, or change in the structure and shape of the letter. As for the omission, it is one of the aspects that distinguished Arabic, as well as other languages, for many purposes that differ among their user.

In this study, from a total of 856 mastitis cases in lactating ewes, only 34 Streptococcus agalactiae isolates showed various types of resistance to three types of antibiotics (Penicillin, Erythromycin and Tetracycline). St. agalactiae isolates were identified according to the standard methods, including a new suggested technique called specific Chromogenic agar. Newly five polymers (P1-P5) were synthesized from reaction bis-1,3,4-oxadiazole bisphenolmonomer with five different di acid chloride. The antibacterial activity of the synthesized polymers was screened against gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Polymers P4 and P5 exhibited significant antibacterial against all microorganisms, as well these polymers showed highest antifungal activity.
