Objective: A descriptive design, using the methodological approach, is carried throughout the present
study from April 1st 2012 to May 20th 2013 to construct the school physical environment standardized

Methodology: An instrument of (141) item is constructed for the purpose of the study. A purposive

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the organizational performance scale for (Saadi, 2016), which was applied to kindergarten teachers. contributions of the Iraqi poetic scene. The poem found a position in the Iraqi
poetry because of the favor of a group of youth poets who lefty clear traces.
