Alkaloids are regarded as important nitrogen-containing chemical compounds that serve as a rich source for discovering and developing new drugs where most plant-origin alkaloids have antiproliferation effects on different kinds of cancers. Alkaloids’ continence of Calotropis procera leaves are detected by two biochemical alkaloid reagents. Also GC-MS analysis for leaf alkaloid extract was done that showed the existence of one type of alkaloid compound at retention time12.8min detected as colchicine (C22H25N06( by comparing it with colchicine standard reference (Sigma Aldrich) with M.wt 399g/mol and percentage area 7.1%. Furthermore, identification, separation, and purification for purified colchicine compound were conducted by HPLC technique that gave one main peak at RT reached 2.5min compared with the standard reference. Evaluation of the anticancer activity of purified colchicine on two (MCF-7 &SK-GT-4) cell lines revealed significant cytotoxicity on the MCF-7 cell line that was superior to its cytotoxicity on the SK-GT4 cell line. With calculated IC50 reached 55.33µg/ml &522 µg/ml respectively.

was used to study the sympathetic innervations of
the pineal gland by the superior cervical ganglion
(SCG) of the albino rat.
Objective: Following Pinealoctomy, it is
expected to observe the Chromatolysis reaction in
some neurons of the SCG if they were to innervate
the pineal gland (i.e. retrograde Chromatolysis
changes).
Methods: Fifty albino rats were used in this study,
Pinealoctomy was done, then after a different time
interval ganglionectomy was done, in order to
study the Chromatolysis in their cell body.
Result: The present study has demonstrated that
the most obvious Chromatolysis reaction in the
neurons which innervate the pineal gland a
The research deals with A very important two subjects, computer aided process planning (CAPP) and Quality of product with its dimintions which identified by the producer organization, the goal of the research is to Highlight and know the role of the CAPP technology to improve quality of the product of (rotor) in the engines factory in the general company for electrical industries, The research depends case study style by the direct visits of researcher to the work location to apply the operational paths generated by specialized computer program designed by researcher, and research divides into four axes, the first regard to the general structure of the research, the second to the theoretical review, the t

The main linguistic features characteristic of political discourse are also presented. The term "discourse" is used in various scientific disciplines such as philosophy, linguistics, political science, anthropology, sociology, etc. However, there is no unambiguous definition of this term that unites all situations of its use today.
The national anthem is one of the most eloquent communicative discourses that the language establishes due to its deep impact on the audience and forms a broad mass base that interacts with the chanting of the national anthem. Moreover, communication is the cornerstone in building social and educational relations. From this point of view, the communicative approach studies language in the communicative context and its six important functions identified by linguist Roman Jacobson. The official UAE national anthem is considered as a model for expressing the enthusiasm of the Emirati Arab public, who is proud of their Arabism, loyalty and love of the homeland, because of the expressions that this anthem carries, urging the public to

Increasing numbers of young athletes are using these agents illicitly to enhance physical fitness, appearance, and performance despite their numerous side effects and worldwide banning. Today, their use remains one of the main health problems in sports because of their availability and low price. The present study focuses on investigating the adverse effects of anabolic androgenic steroid abuse on sex hormones, liver and renal function tests, fasting glucose levels and lipid metabolism in Iraqi male recreational bodybuilders

Many books, works, and research have been written on this subject, but there is still something in it that must be revealed, clarified, and established, as the ancients did not classify the feminine and masculine into real, metaphorical, auditory, analogical,
Alice Walker's novel The Color Purple1983, whose events take place in the rural Georgia and addresses the most important issues in the early 20thcentury; like male dominant society and women submission to men, weaves a mosaic picture of male-female relationships.
