The search aims to clarify pollution to negative effects on environment and to an increasing in the dangerous polluted materials that discharged out these factories. To make active procedures in order to limit the environmental pollution.   

 The search problem came from an assumption which has the researched factory is suffering from the lack of applying the international specification      ( ISO 14004 ). The research problem assimilated by these questions:

1. What is the level or organization in thinking of environmental system according to ISO 14004 .
2. What are the requirements used in researched factor

The fluorescence emission of Rhodamine 6G (R6G) and Acriflavine dyes in PMMA polymer have been studied by changing the irradiation and exposure time of laser light to know the effect of this parameter. It was found that the fluorescence intensity decreases in the polymer samples doped dyes as the exposure time increases and then reaches stabilization at long times, this behavior called photobleaching, which have been shown in liquid phase less than solid phase. The study included the collection of samples of raw cow milk to isolate Leuconostoc bacteria, samples were sub cultured on De-Man Rogosa Sharpe-Vancomycin medium, the pure colonies were selected and subjected to the cultural and microscopically tests, according to that 25 cocci bacterial isolates were obtained, then isolates were subjected to biochemical tests. Result of tests showed that 12 isolates belong to the genus Leuconostoc out of 25 cocci bacterial isolates, Vitek2 system was used as a supplementary step. During of Experimental result of this work , we found that the change of electrical conductivity proprieties of tin dioxide with the change of gas concentration at temperatures 260oC and 360oC after treatment by photons rays have similar character after treatment isothermally. This study has three parts, the first one is the synthesis of a novel Schiff bases by the condensation of guanine or 9-[{2-hydroxyethoxy}methyl]-9H-guanine with variety aldehydes to yield four different bases as follows: (E)-2-((4-nitrobenzylidene)amino)-1,9-dihydro-6H-purin-6-one (S1), (E)-2-((4-methoxybenzylidene)amino)-1,9-dihydro-6H-purin-6-one (S2), (E)-2-((2-hydroxybenzylidene) amino)-9-((2-hydroxy ethoxy)methyl)-1,9-dihydro-6H-purin-6-one (S3), and (E)-2-(((9-((2-hydroxy ethoxy)methyl)-6-oxo-6,9-dihydro-1H-purin-2-yl)imino)methyl)benzoic acid (S4).
