The prediction factor may help the physician to classify whether the patient needs more medical attention to decrease mortality and worsening of symptoms. Synthesis of a new class of Schiff-base ligand with a tetrazole moiety to form polymeric metal complexes with Co^II, Ni^II, Zn^II, and Cd^II ions has been demonstrated.
