This research studies the conflict issue regarding climate rapid change  as a fact which occupied scientists and specialists  alike, who research in this particular field, especially in recent years and how this matter has been dealt with according to real and in fictional structures via films and TV.

The researcher dealt with two researches in this study :

The first : climate extremes, human and drama rituals.

The second : realistic and imaginary construction in the cinematographic medium.

The study is based on the analysis of the film "GeoStorm", which focuses on the issue of global natural storms and the dangerous weather phenomena that threaten our planet as a result of neglect and tampering

Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) caused by high blood pressure is linked to increased mortality and arrhythmia risk. This study aimed to evaluate arrhythmia in hypertensive patients due to left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). A cross-sectional study was performed, assessing participants' blood pressure, echocardiography and electrocardiography, and Holter monitoring in certain cases. There were 300 hypertensive patients >18 years attending the cardiology unit of Baghdad medical city. The study was conducted between January–June 2022. The research includes a clinical study of Arginase and its relation with uterine fibroid. The normal value of arginase activity in female serum was found to be (0.52 ± 0.02 IU/L) in healthy group at age (35-55) years. The study also showed a highly significant increase in arginase activity (7.99 ± 0.23 IU/L) in serum of uterine fibroid patients group at (35-55years) in comparison to healthy.The results also indicated a highly significant increase in the level of progesterone, estradiol, prolactin, peroxynitrite and malondialdehyde in patients group. While a highly significant decrease in concentration of adiponectin in patients group was found in comparison to healthy.

One of the issues that occupied the doctrinal mind and differed the attention of scientists is the question of (the quality of the composition of God), so each team of scientists went the doctrine that led him to his evidence.
I wanted through this research to stand on the truth of the matter according to what I reached after looking at the views of the people and their evidence and direct the dispute between scientists.
It was presented with an introduction that was an introduction to the issue, where it began with the introduction of the definition of attributes, and then began to define the composition and view the views of scientists and evidence, and then concluded it with a conclusion mentioning what I have reached.
