The ground state proton, neutron and matter densities of exotic ¹¹Be and ¹⁵C nuclei are studied by means of the TFSM and BCM. In TFSM, the calculations are based on using different model spaces for the core and the valence (halo) neutron. Besides single particle harmonic oscillator wave functions are employed with two different size parameters  B_c and B_v.  In BCM, the halo nucleus is considered as a composite projectile consisting of core and valence clusters bounded in a state of relative motion. The internal densities of the clusters are described by single particle Gaussian wave functions.

Nutrient agar medium with various concentrations of cefotaxime was used for isolation spontaneous mutants from wild type strain of P.aeruginosa PHA-1. Eighty-two mutants were successfully isolated with the viable count 52×107 , these mutants were confirmed as spontaneous not physiological adaption mutants by reculture on the same medium. Then, wild type PHA-1 and mutants were examined for production pyocyanin; a blue greenish pigment was clearly noticed on King A medium. Remarkably the mutant strain named S300-8 was distinguished in productivity in comparison with wild type strain PHA-1; the amount of pigment was 56.0667mg/l and 74.53mg/l respectively. In this study Microwave and conventional methods have been used to extract and estimate pectin and its degree of esterification from dried grapefruit and orange peels. Acidified solution water with nitric acid in pH (1.5) was used. In conventional method, different temperature degrees for extraction pectin from grape fruit and orange(85 ,90 , 95 and 100?C) for 1 h were used The results showed grapefruit peels contained 12.82, 17.05, 18.47, 15.89% respectively, while the corresponding values were 5.96, 6.74, 7.41 and 8.00 %, respectively in orange peels.
