The main purpose of the paper is to identify the controllability of an existing production system; yogurt production line in Abu Ghraib Dairy Factory which has several machines of food processing and packing that has been studied. Through the starting of analysis, instability in production has been found in the factory. The analysis is built depending on experimental observation and data collection for different processing time of the machines, and statistical analysis has been conducted to model the production system.   The research aims to measure  the efficiency of health services Quality  in the province of Karbala, using the Data Envelopment analysis Models in ( 2006). According to these models the degree of efficiency ranging between zero and unity. We estimate Scale efficiency  for two types of orientation direction, which are input and output oriented direction.

  The results showed, according Input-oriented efficiency that the levels of Scale efficiency on average is ( 0.975), in the province of Karbala. While the index of Output-oriented efficiency on average is (o.946).

Experimental work was conducted in the agriculture research center in the College of Agriculture-University of Baghdad west of the city of Baghdad. One atmometer was used in eggplant greenhouse and in cucumber greenhouse through the winter growing season 2013-2014. Radiation treatment has long been the conventional approach for treating nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) tumors due to its anatomic features, biological characteristics, and radiosensitivity. The most common treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma is radiotherapy. This study aimed to assess the better quality of radiotherapy treatment techniques using intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and volumetric-modulated arc therapy (VMAT). The VMAT and IMRT are comparative techniques.
