The research sought to identify the objective trends of postgraduate students at the College of Political Science - University of Baghdad for the period from 2000-2012 through the objective trends of university theses and dissertations and what are the most and least studied topics, with a re-adjustment of previously studied topics towards topics that serve issues of concern to society and avoiding topics that have been studied a lot to avoid repetition. All international conventions and agreements stress the necessity of the role of media and its importance in the light of corruption. All countries also commit themselves to the necessity of guaranteeing the freedom of media and the circulation of information and preparing it as a prerequisite for activating the People’s Control Mechanism and supporting measures and means to prevent and combat financial and administrative corruption more actively and effectively.

Nuclear shell model is adopted to calculate the electric quadrupole moments for some Calcium isotopes 20Ca (N = 21, 23, 25, and 27) in the fp shell. The wave function is generated using a two body effective interaction fpd6 and fp space model. The one body density matrix elements (OBDM) are calculated for these isotopes using the NuShellX@MSU code. The effect of the core-polarizations was taken through the theory microscopic by taking the set of the effective charges. The results for the quadrupole moments by using Bohr-Mottelson (B-M) effective charges are the best. The behavior of the form factors of some Calcium isotopes was studied by using Bohr-Mottelson (B-M) effective charges.
