In this paper, we apply the notion of a bipolar fuzzy n-fold KU-ideal of KU- algebras. We introduce the concept of a bipolar fuzzy n-fold KU-ideal and investigate several properties. Also, we give relations between a bipolar fuzzy n- fold KU-ideal and n-fold KU-ideal. The image and the pre-image of bipolar fuzzy n-fold KU-ideals in KU-algebras are defined and how the image and the pre- image of bipolar fuzzy n-fold KU-ideals in KU-algebras become bipolar fuzzy n- fold KU-ideals are studied. Moreover, the product of bipolar fuzzy n-fold KU- ideals in Cartesian product KU-algebras is given.

In thisˑ paperˑ, we apply the notion ofˑ intuitionisticˑ fuzzyˑ n-fold KU-ideal of KU-algebra. Some types of ideals such as intuitionistic fuzzy KU-ideal, intuitionisticˑ fuzzy closed idealˑ and intuitionistic fuzzy n-fold KU-ideal are studied. Shiranish formation has been divided into two microfacies units: 1 - Many biowackestone facies and 2 - maly packstone using planktonic foraminifera and other carbonate components in the rock cutting and core slides. Microfacies reflect marin deep shelf margin in the lower part of the formation, the upper part was deeper. The thickness of the formation is determined, depending on addition to the presence of echinoderm framents debris and spines. This is in disagreement with the 195 ft thickness reported by the Oil Exploration Company The age of the formation is estimated depending on the recognized biostratigraphic zone using the index fossils to be Upper - Middle Mastrichtion.

The electron correlation effect for inter-shell have been analysed in terms of Fermi hole and partial Fermi hole for Li-atom in the excited states (1s² 3p) and (1s² 3d) using Hartree-Fock approximation (HF). Fermi hole Δf(r₁₂) and partial Fermi hole Δg(r₁₂ ,r₁) were determined in position space. Each plot of the physical properties in this work is normalized to unity. Proteus mirabilis ? -lactamase of local isolates number 4TF represent karkh side and 20TF represent rusafa side of Baghdad were extracted and purified 23.17, 25.23 fold with yield of 36.66 %, 37.5% and specific activity 11.8, 12.6 of unit/ mg protein by DEAE –cellulose and Sepharose 4B (respectively ).Molecular weight of both enzyme was about 35500 Dalton determined by gel filtration. The study indicated that the isoelectric point of purified ? -lactamase that extracted from isolate number 4TF and 20TF was 5.4.
