The Research examines the transmission advantage from Floor Trading (FT) to the Electronic Trading (ET) in the Iraqi Stock Exchange (ISE). Testing three hypothesis, first, test the significant different of market depth before and after period of ET used, second, test the significant different of market liquidity also before and after period of ET used. And third test the impact of market depth and liquidity on the performance of ISE. The research aims to identify the relationship between employing future skills during teaching from the viewpoint of students of Islamic studies at the Northern Border University, as well as their attitudes towards future professions. The researcher employed the correlational descriptive approach. The tools were a questionnaire for employing future skills, and a scale for the attitude towards the future profession. The two research tools were applied to a random sample of (242) male and female students from the department of Islamic Studies, College of Education and Arts. Biological experiment was conducted in pots with complete random design (CRD). The experiment includes three treatments: control (plant without treatment) (P), NPK fertilizer (plant + fertilizer) (PF), and A. chroococcum inoculum (plant + A. chroococcum) (PA).
