In this study NiO - CoO bimetallic catalysts are prepared with two Ni/Co ratios (70:30 and 80: 20) using the precipitation method of nitrate salts. The effects of Ni /Co ratio and preparation methods on the catalyst are analyzed by using different characterization techniques, i.e. atomic absorption (AA) , XRD, surface area and pore volume measurements according to the BET method . The results indicate that the best catalyst is the one containing the percentage of Ni :Co ( 70 : 30 ). Experiments indicate that the optimal conditions to prepare catalyst are stirring for three hours at a temperature of 60oC of the preparation , pH= (8-9) , calcination temperature at 400oC for two hours using the impregnation method . The catalyst activity is studied through the application in the process of oxidative desulfurization of gas oil fuel . The optimal conditions for deep oxidative desulfurization processes are : catalysts 3% , 2 gm. Na2 CO3 , refluxe time 3 hours at 400 C , using a mechanical stirrer at moderate speed (700 rpm), the volume ratio of gas oil : H2O2 : acetic acid is 10: 1: 0.5 and extracted with 1:1 ratio of acetonitrile to the gas oil for three times . The results indicate that the catalysts are efficient to remove sulfur from gas oil depending on temperature, time, concentration of hydrogen peroxide H2O2 30 % and solvent used for extraction. The efficiency of the best catalyst gives a maximum sulfur removal reaching 68.97%.
The research deals with the important and modern two subjects, strategic leadership which have six demotions and knowledge management
(four demotions') . the gools & the research is to know the relation & the effect them in the oil ministry (project department) , the sample was (50) persons who works in the department the questionnaire was the tool of data gathering .
The research divided to four parties, the first to the theotical review of the research variables, the second to the research methrology, the third to analysis and discoed the empirical results the last to the conclusions and recommendations .
The reaction of methyldopa with o-vanillin in refluxing ethanol afforded Schiff base and characterized through physical analysis with a number of spectra also the study of biological activity. The geometry of the Schiff base was identified through using (C.H.N) analysis, Mass, 1H-NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy. Metal complexes of Cr3+, Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+ and Hg2+ with Schiff base have been prepared in the molar ratio 2:1 (Metal:L), (L = Schiff base ligand) except Hg2+ at molar ratio 1:1 (Hg:L). The prepared complexes were characterized by using Mass, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectral studies, on other than magnetic properties and flame atomic absorption, conductivity measurements. From the obtained results the molecular formula of all prepared complexes were [M(AAD)2(H2O)2]Cl2 (M+2 = Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Hg),the proposed geometrical structure for all complexes were octahedral.
The compound azobenzen-p,p'-di(2-amine-1,3,4-thiadiazol-5-yl) (A) was formed by reacting 4,4'-(diazene-1,2-diyl)-dibenzoyl chloride with thiosemicarbazide. Ten substituted amino derivatives of azobenzen-p,p'-di(2- amine-1,3,4-thiadiazol-5-yl) were synthesized by reaction of compound (A) with formaldehyde and acetaldehyde to give Schiff base. The compound (A) reaction with sodiumcyanat and potassiumisothiocyanat gave uredo and thiouredo-1,3,4-thiadizol-5-yl. However, its reaction with benzenesulphonyl chloride and 4-methyl benzene sulphonyl chloride gave sulphonamido compounds, while its reaction with acetylchloride and benzoyl chloride gave acetamido and benzamido derivatives. Its reaction with succinic and glutaric acid gave succinamido an
