The effect of insecticide lamda cyhalothrin on Allium cepa L.root meristem were studied cytogenetically .Using three concentrations of the insecticide 5%, 7.5%, 10% at 6,12,24hours treatments . The insecticide significantly reduced the mitotic index at all concentrations. Moreover showed its ability to induced C – metaphase in 10% .The effects were also caused chromosome aberration like stickness in anaphase, telophase, binucleated cells, Micronuclei formation. These alternations indicating that this insecticide was effective in producing disturbance of spindle fibers.

In this paper, a construction microwave induced plasma jet(MIPJ) system was used to produce a non-thermal plasma jet at atmospheric pressure, at standard frequency of 2.45 GHz and microwave power of 800 W. The working gas Argon (Ar) was supplied to flow through the torch with adjustable flow rate using flow meter regulator. The influence of the MIPJ parameters such as applied voltage and argon gas flow rate on macroscopic microwave plasma parameters were studied. The problem of the research lies in the bad timing of jump shot and layup due to lack of experience. The subjects were (5) youth basketball players under eighteen of the season 2015 – 2016. The results showed that agility didn't reinforce some fundamental offensive skills ending in jump shot and layup. The researcher recommended stressing offensive fundamental skills ending jump shot and layup without connecting it with agility. The training experience of most players participating in basketball league is very little thus more time should be offered to them before getting them into the league.

In the current study, two sites were selected from the city of Adhamiya, central Baghdad. The first site is the Adhamiya Corniche, which includes a sample of river water and the second includes domestic sewage in the same area. The total density of benthic invertebrates was 775 ind/m2, which is divided into 15 taxa. Biological indices were found, such as the stability index, the abundance index, the biodiversity index (Shannon’s index), the homogeneity index, and the invader’s guide. The result showed an increase in the density of benthic invertebrates, as well as an increase in the diversity of these organisms.
