In this study, the effect of ceramic coating on the performance and gases emission on diesel engine was investigated. A four-stroke, direct injected, single cylinder, diesel engine was tested at constant speed and at different load conditions without coating. Then, the inlet and exhaust valves faces were coated by about 500µm with ceramic materials. Ceramic layers were made of YttriaStabilized Zirconia (YSZ), and NiCrAl as a bond coat. This study included 50 blood serum samples that collected from children with age ranged between 7-12 years. Thirty five samples collected from children with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1D), and 15 blood serum samples collected from healthy children as a control sample. The polymorphism of IL-4 -590 (C>T) gene, which amplified by using amplification refractory mutation system (ARMS-PCR) was showed high percentage of C allele frequency in T1D patients sample in comparison with T allele frequency, and the C allele revealed as etiological faction with risk by having T1D disease, whereas the T allele showed high frequency from the C allele frequency in control sample, and the T allele revealed as preventive faction from infection by this disease.

This study was aimed to study the effect of adding transglutaminase (TGase) on the mechanical and reservation properties of the edible films manufactured from soybean meal protein isolate (SPI) and whey protein isolate(WPI). The results showed an improvement in the properties with increase in the WPI ratios. Thickness of the SPI films amounted 0.097 mm decreased to 0.096 mm for the WPI: SPI films at a ratio of 2:1, when TGase was added decreased to 0.075 mm. This study included the isolation and identification of Aspergillus flavus isolates associated with imported American rice grains and local corn grains which collected from local markets, using UV light with 365 nm wave length and different media (PDA, YEA, COA, and CDA ). One hundred and seven fungal isolates were identified in rice and 147 isolates in corn.4 genera and 7 species were associated with grains, the genera were Aspergillus ,Fusarium ,Neurospora ,Penicillium .
