In this work, prepared new ligand[3- (1H-indol-3-yl) -2- (3-(4- methoxybenzoyl)thiouereido) propanoic acid](MTP) has been synthesized by reaction of 4-Methoxybenzoyl isothiocyanate with tryptophane(1:1), The ligand was characterized by elemental microanalysis C.H.N.S, FT-IR, UV-Vis and 1H,13C NMR spectra, Some transition metals complexes of this ligand were prepared and characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis spectra, conductivity measurements, magnetic susceptibility and atomic absorption, From obtained results the molecular formula of all prepared complexes were [M(MTP)2] (M+2 =Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Hg), the proposed geometrical structure for all complexes were tetrahedral except copper complex has a square planer geometry around metallic ion

Summary: The study focused on the role of the educational counselor in schools, as an integral part of the educational system that faces multiple challenges and difficulties. In this context, the counselor’s role becomes crucial in attempting to reduce or eliminate such difficulties, in addition to guiding students in an appropriate manner. Methodes: The study employed a descriptive field approach, using interviews and direct observation as tools to examine the actual role performed by school counselors. The results are compared with other references the agreement is found to be very good .this confirms the validity of the 𝛔 𝐉 method as a tool for analyzing the angular distribution of γ-ray. This work examines numerically the effects of particle size, particle thermal conductivity and inlet velocity of forced convection heat transfer in uniformly heated packed duct. Four packing material (Aluminum, Alumina, Glass and Nylon) with range of thermal conductivity (from200 W/m.K for Aluminum to 0.23 W/m.K for Nylon), four particle diameters (1, 3, 5 and 7 cm), inlet velocity ( 0.07, 0.19 and 0.32 m/s) and constant heat flux ( 1000, 2000 and 3000 W/ m ²) were investigated.
