The antibacterial activity of some extracts of A. eupatoria (aqueous and ethanolic) against some pathogenic bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli ) and their activity on wound healing in rats , also the presence of some active compounds in both extracts were detected . The results showed that the ethanolic extract was more effective on inhibiting tested bacteria than the aqueous extract . that are found in samples of drugs traded in Iraqi markets. The
samples are Iraqi Amoxicillin, English Amoxicillin, UAE
Amoxicillin, Indian Amoxicillin, Iraqi Paracetamol, English
Paracetamol, UAE Paracetamol and Indian Paracetamol. By high
purity germanium the activity of the following isotopes 40K, 214Pb,
228Ac and 137Cs is measured and the specific activity was used to
calculate the annual effective dose. Then the calculated annual
effective dose values are compared with the allowable annual
effective dose values of each part of digestive channel. This research

Manganese dioxide rotating cylinder electrode prepared by anodic deposition on a graphite substrate using MnSO4 solution in the presence of 0.918 M of H2SO4. The influence of different operational parameters (MnSO4 concentration, current density, time, and rotation speed) on the structure, and morphology of MnO2 deposit film was examined widely. The structure and crystal size determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), the morphology examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) techniques. The γ-MnO2 obtained as the main product of the deposition process. It found that the four parameters have a significant influence on the structure, morphology, and roughness of the prepared MnO2 deposit. The crystal size in
