A field experiment was conducted at experimental field of Mechanization Agriculture , the College of Agriculture , Abu – Ghraib , University of Baghdad .To measure transmitted vibration to seat tractor during operation tillage , mold board plow with New Holland 66-S- 80 tractor as one machinery unit , Soil was treated at soil constant moisture ( 18 – 20 % ) with two depths of plowing (15 and 20 cm ) and three speed of tractor 2.0 , 3.5, 6.8 km / h . Three main dimensions in seat tractor measurement vertical, longitudinal and lateral acceleration. Split plot design under completes block design with three replicates .

The levels of lead (pb), copper (cu), cobalt (co) and cadmium (cd) were determined in different kinds of milk and the health risks were evaluated. The mean levels were 0.73±0.21, 0.06±0.01, 0.12±0.01 and 0.14±0.01 ppm for these metals respectively. The levels of pb and cu were found to be insignificant differences (p<0.05), whereas the levels of co and cd, were no significant differences (p>0.05). The dry and liquid kinds of milk were different significantly (p<0.05), whereas the original, was no significant differences (p>0.05). The values for all metals were more than one. The metals pb and cd were detected at highest concentrations in most dry and liquid milk samples.

Abstract

The Paper highlights on one of the main activities in marketing management. That is the internal marketing in the commercial banks and its relationship with the quality services offered to satisfy customers needs and wishes in order to reach he ultimate objectives of those banks. A simple, precise, rapid, and accurate reversed – phase high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of guaifenesin in pure from pharmaceutical formulations.andindustrial effluent. Chromatography was carried out on supelco L7 reversed- phase column (25cm × 4.6mm), 5 microns, using a mixture of methanol –acetonitrile-water: (80: 10 :10 v/v/v) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml.min-1. Detection was performed at 254nm at ambient temperature. The retention time for guaifenesin was found 2.4 minutes.
