Teaching through the system of personal learning, known as (Clare's plan) is amongst the most prominent plans which depend on self-education, as it received worldwide recognition. The plan lets the learner achieve learning by depending on himself after being familiar with the educational goals given to him, then he starts to solve the exercises and the drills accompanying the unit. After that, he checks his achievement by answering the self-evaluation tests. This method offers more opportunities for personal interaction than do the traditional systems, and individual leaning is a methodical expression aims at taking care of the learner and making him the locus of the processes of teaching and learning.

         This study investigated the effect of using brainstorming as a teaching technique on the students’ performance in writing different kinds of essays and self regulation among the secondary students.  The purpose of this paper is to recognize the impact of database levels on fields of banking service (provision of remittance services and transfer of funds, save financial deposits, provision of personal loans services) in some of Iraqi banks using one-way multivariate analysis of variance. The paper population consisted of (120) employees, then a random stratified sample of (104) employees was taken. An experiment was carried out by using post in kalar horticulture Station/Sulaimania province on soil taked from once region sields during growing season of 2008-2009. The objective was to study adding increasing levels of urea fertilizer which is (0.0, 0.20, 0.40, 0.80) gm/Pot and superphosphate fertilizer which is (0.0, 0.24, 0.48) gm/pot in some chemical properties of grain for wheat IPA 95. This experiment was carried out by completely randomized design (CR D) with three replications. Results in dictated of clear increase in all the studied characteristics (concentration for each nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and carbohydrate percentage with increasing levels of fertilizers).
