The metallicity [Fe/H] for several stars accompanied by Extra-solar planets were calculated and plotted as a function of stars mass (M*). Results showed that masses of Extra-solar planets stars are well correlated with their metallicity .This relation could be explained by the equation: Y=-0.0045x + 0.065. The metallicity limit is found to be in the range of (0.18 to 0.3), relative to the mass limit in the range of (0.76 to 1.44) MSun.

The presence of alkaloids in Crassula ovata is a topic that is still unexplored, as there are no published studies on the matter. This study demonstrates the presence of an alkaloid compound (and its class) for the first time in Crassula ovata. The plant material was defatted with n-hexane, and a Soxhlet apparatus was used for the extraction process, while the acid-base method was used for the isolation of alkaloids from the chloroform fractions. Quality control of well logs has always been an important objective in reservoir studies because of the key role played by well logs as input data. This study aims to make a quality control on well logs data for two wells of Yamama formation in southern Iraqi field to ensuring and enhancing the measurement accuracy. In the beginning, the calibration data of before and after surveys are applied as initial evaluation for the quality of density log in well R-1.
