The developed financial infrastructure is one of the most important elements for achieving stable financial system in a country. The importance of developed financial infrastructure comes from its role in create economic and financial context attractive for foreign investments. Thus, this paper aims first to measure an index of financial infrastructure, and secondly, to gauge the nexus between the developed financial infrastructure and foreign investments inflow in Malaysia and Indonesia. Abstract: Mixed ligand Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu (II), Zn(II), and Cd(II) complexes with (TMAP) Schiff base ligand and (8HQ) have been composition and analyzed. The last decade of this 20th century provides a wide spread of applications of one of the computer techniques, which is called Fuzzy Logic. This technique depends mainly on the fuzzy set theory, which is considered as a general domain with respect to the conventional set theory. This paper presents in initiative the fuzzy sets theory and fuzzy logic as a complete mathematics system. Here it was explained the concept of fuzzy set and defined the operations of fuzzy logic. It contains eleven operations beside the other operations which related to fuzzy algebra. Such search is considered as an enhancement for supporting the others waiting search activities in this field.

This study on the plant of Ain –AL Bason Catharanthus roseous showed the ability of callus cells that is produced by In Vitro culture technique and transformed to the accumulated media (MS 40gm/L sucrose ,2gm/L IAA Indole acetic acid , 0.5gm/L Tryptophan) to produce Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds. Extraction, purification and quantitive determination of Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds using High performance liquid chromatography technique (HPLC)were carried out. The results showed that the highest concentration of Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds were ( 4.653,12.5 (ppm /0.5 dry Wight respectively from transformed callus cells from MS 40 gm /L sucrose , 2 gm / L NAA Naphthaline acetic acid .
