This study was investigated the role of garlic extracts on the reproductive functions, via the development of immature male mice (25 days old) un l puberty. Two isolates of Staphylococcus xylosus (urease producer and non urease producer) were injected in mice at a dose of 2 × 108 colony-forming units (CFU) intraurethrally. Results showed that both isolates were able to colonize kidney and bladder of the injected mice, regardless of their urease production. Moreover, there were insignificant differences between the two groups. These results emphasized the pathogenicity of this bacteria in UTI.

The adsorption process of 5-Fluorouracil (5FU) drugs on Aluminum nitride nanotubes surface (AlNNTs) have been evaluated through density functional theory (DFT). The DFT results show that the interaction of AlNNTs with the F atoms of 5FU drugs is strong due to the fact that the amount of adsorption energy was about − 29.65 kcal.mol−1. Conversely, the interaction of the 5FU through O atoms with the AlNNTs was weaker due to the lower value of adsorption energy. Also, based on the values of Gibbs free energy, the 5FU adsorption on the surfaces of AlNNTs was spontaneous. The present study was conducted on 20 patients suffering from different types of lesion like
pyogenic granuloma, peripheral giant cell granuloma, mucoceles, pregnancy tumour, Fordyce's granules
and irritating fibroma.The cases were selected from outpatient clinic of the Al Kydhemya Teaching
Hospital. Patients were treated by diode laser (810±20 nm) at the affected areas of the oral cavity with
continuous contact focused mode until excision of the lesion with coagulation of the oozing area after
