The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between organizational ethnography and resonant leadership in the University of Kufa, importance of research includes rare of studies that investigated the relationship between organizational ethnography and resonant leadership. Moreover, it comes as an attempt to reduce or bridge the knowledge gap between the variables of the research.       This work involves the manufacturing of MAX phase materials include V₂AlC and Cr₂AlC using powder metallurgy as a new class of materials which characterized by regular crystals in lattice. Corrosion behavior of these materials was investigated by Potentiostat to estimate corrosion resistance and compared with the most resistant material represented by SS 316L. This experiment was conducted to study the effect of feeding diets containing different levels of parsley on the blood biochemical characteristics of local Iraqi geese. A total of twenty-four local geese, one year old, were used in this experiment during the period from the beginning of October to the end of December. The birds were allocated for Four treatment groups consisted of six geese each. Treatment groups were as follows: Control diet (T1) (free from parsley), T2: Control diet + 80 g / d parsley, T3: Control diet + 160 g / d parsley; T4: Control diet + 240 g / d parsley.
