Phonetic-physiological principle is the main parameter by which the elements and criteria of cognitive activity in the presented study are distinguished. Biosorption of lead, chromium, and cadmium ions from aqueous solution by dead anaerobic biomass (DAB) was studied in single, binary, and ternary systems with initial concentration of 50 mg/l. The metal-DAB affinity was the same for all systems. The main biosorption mechanisms were complexation and physical adsorption of metallic cations onto natural active functional groups on the cell wall matrix of the DAB. It was found that biosorption of the metallic cations onto DAB cell wall component was a surface process. The main functional groups involved in the metallic cation biosorption were apparently carboxyl, amino, hydroxyle, sulfhydryl, and sulfonate. In this work, the nuclear electromagnetic moments for the ground and low-lying excited states for sd shell nuclei have been calculated, resulting in a revised database with 56 magnetic dipole moments and 41 electric quadrupole moments. The shell model calculations are performed for each sd isotope chain, considering the sensitivity of changing the sd two-body effective interactions USDA, USDE, CWH and HBMUSD in the calculation of the one-body transition density matrix elements. In this study, a platinum(II) complex ([Pt(H2L)(PPh3)] complex) containing a thiocarbohydrazone as the ligand was tested as an anti-proliferative agent against ovarian adenocarcinoma (Caov-3) and human colorectal adenocarcinoma (HT-29) through MTT assays. Apoptotic markers were tested by the AO/PI double staining assay and DNA fragmentation test. Flow cytometry was conducted to measure cell cycle distribution, while the p53 and caspase-8 pathways were tested via immunofluorescence assay.
