A dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combines with UV-V is spectrophotometry for the preconcentration and determination of Mefenamic acid in pharmaceutical preparation was developed and introduced. The proposed method is based on the formation of charge transfer complexation between mefenamic acid and chloranil as an n-electron donor and a p-acceptor, respectively to form a violet chromogen complex measured at 542 nm. The important parameters affecting the efficiency of DLLME were evaluated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration graphs of standard and drug, were ranged 0.03-10 µg mL-1. This work aimed PVA nanofibers in a range of concentrations were successfully manufactured via electrospinning. PVA NFs/Si was effectively prepared using the electrospinning process. The structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties of the prepared PVA were studied using XRD, FE-SEM, UV-Vis spectrophotometer and I-V characteristics, respectively. The amorphous structure of PVA nanofibers was observed. The optical energy gap from ultraviolet to visible was between (2.75 and 2.41) eV, making this compound highly sensitive to visible orange light at 610 nm, with a photosensitivity of 66%. The purpose of this study was to examine the association of oral administration of Carbamazepine during pregnancy and the histological changes in the ovaries of mice. Timed-pregnant mice were divided into experimental and control groups. 60 mice in the experimental group received daily oral of 15 mg/kg of carbamazepine via intragastric tube on gestational days 0 to 18. 20 mice were used as control group. They received normal saline via the same route. Dams underwent laparotomy on pregnancy days 13, 15, and 18 and the ovaries were collected.
