The aim of the study is to identify the stage of both decentralized performance and organizational confidence with through those responsible the decentralized work of officials in organizing and managing local championships affiliated with the Iraqi Athletics Federation from their perspective. The study employed a descriptive approach using a correlational method on a sample of those managing local championships of the Iraqi Athletics Federation, including members , coaches, referees, and the president of the central administrative board, as well as the members and presidents of the subfederations for the sports (2020/2021).

Experiment Factorial conducted with two factor in field texture silt clay loam soil, the first factor were Two Rotavator plow which different in number of rotary blades on flanges, weight, width, made and type, the second factor were four speeds tractor 2.62, 5.10, 7.55, 9.23 km/hr to compare performance two Rotavator under depth 12 cm and knowledge slippage, distance between beat blades, practical productivity, disturbed soil volume, percentage of the soil clods which have diameter less than 5 cm under complete block design with three replications using Least Significant Design 0.05. Results showed Galucho Rotavator recorder the higher practical productivity 0>7089 ha/hr, disturbed soil volume 809.8 m3/hr, percentage of the soil clods 96.1

Al-Rustamiyah plant is the oldest and biggest sewage treatment plant in Iraq; it locates in the south of Baghdad city. The plant suffers from serious problems associated with overflow and low capacity. The present work aims to upgrade the heart of biological treatment process through suggesting the use of membrane bioreactor; (MBR). In this work, fouling of membrane during sewage treatment has been analyzed experimentally and theoretically by fouling mechanisms. Aeration has been applied in order to control fouling through producing effective diameters of air bubbles close to the membrane walls. Effect of air flow rate on flux decline was investigated. This work investigates generating of pure phase Faujasite-type zeolite Y at the ranges chosen for this study via a static aging step in the absence of seeds synthesis. Nano-sized crystals may result when LUDOX AS-40 is used as a silica source for gel composition of range 6 and the crystallization step may be conducted for a period of 4 to 19 hr at 100 ⁰C. Moreover, large-crystals with high crystallinity pure phase Y zeolite can be obtained at hereinabove conditions but when hydrous sodium metasilicate is used as a silica source. The other selected ranges also offer pure phase Y zeolite at the same controlled conditions.
