The developed fuzzy inference system includes two input variables (pH level and temperature) and one output (enzyme activity). Owing to their role in pathogen transmission, these deer populations pose a risk to the livestock industry. Background: Morganella morganii is one of the important nosocomial pathogens that may cause urinary tract infection and bacteremia.Methods: The above bacterium was identified from 250 bacterial strains which were isolated from 220 urine samples of patients with urinary tract infection.
