In this work we define and study new concept of fibrewise topological spaces, namely fibrewise soft topological spaces, Also, we introduce the concepts of fibrewise closed soft topological spaces, fibrewise open soft topological spaces, fibrewise soft near compact spaces and fibrewise locally soft near compact spaces.

This paper presents a hybrid approach for solving null values problem; it hybridizes rough set theory with intelligent swarm algorithm. The proposed approach is a supervised learning model. A large set of complete data called learning data is used to find the decision rule sets that then have been used in solving the incomplete data problem. To achieve sustainability, use waste materials to make concrete to use alternative components and reduce the production of Portland cement. Lime cement was used instead of Portland cement, and 15% of the cement's weight was replaced with silica fume. Also used were eco-friendly fibers (copper fiber) made from recycled electrical. This work examines the impact of utilizing sustainable copper fiber with different aspect ratios (l/d) on some mechanical properties of high-strength green concrete.
