This study investigates the impact of spatial resolution enhancement on supervised classification accuracy using Landsat 9 satellite imagery, achieved through pan-sharpening techniques leveraging Sentinel-2 data. Various methods were employed to synthesize a panchromatic (PAN) band from Sentinel-2 data, including dimension reduction algorithms and weighted averages based on correlation coefficients and standard deviation.    Due to their recalcitrant characteristics, Azo dyes such as methyl orange (MO) are extremely poisonous substances, making their removal from textile industry wastewater a major problem. By employing various EC-Adsorption combined system configurations and reusing alum sludge as an adsorbent, the current study seeks to investigate the efficiency of these various systems in removing MO dye. الغرض من هذا العمل هو دراسة الفضاء الإسقاطي ثلاثي الأبعاد PG (3، P) حيث p = 4 باستخدام المعادلات الجبرية وجدنا النقاط والخطوط والمستويات وفي هذا الفضاء نبني (k، ℓ) -span وهي مجموعة من خطوط k لا يتقاطع اثنان منها. نثبت أن الحد الأقصى للكمال (k، ℓ) -span في PG (3،4) هو (17، ℓ) -span ، وهو ما يساوي جميع نقاط المساحة التي تسمى السبريد.

This study aimed at accounting for the role of talents management in consolidating organizational learning process at the Yemeni General Corporation For telecommunication. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire and administered it. The sample of the study consisted of (166) employees (General Manager, Manager and Department Head). They were selected randomly out of a total Population of (291) employees during the Year 2019.
