Bioindicators have an important role in assessing the quality of water bodies. Aquatic oligocheates, was used as a bioindicator to assess the sediment quality of Al-Hindyia and AL-Abbasyia river (branches of Euphrates River in Iraq). Two sites in each river have been   chosen for this purpose, site S1 was located at Al-Hindyia River and S2 at Al-Abbasyia River. The goal of the current study was to research the changes in hematological parameters: WBC count, RBCs count, Hb, PCV, neutrophil, lymphocyte, and monocyte in albino mice infected with Aspergillus fumigatus by intraperitoneal injection after induced immunosuppression by intraperitoneal injection of cortisone.     The tentative list of the biodiversity (plants and vertebrates) of Bahr Al-Najaf depression is found to comprise 104 vertebrate species including 2 fishes, 14 reptiles, 73 resident and migratory birds and 15 mammals. The flora consists of 31 species, mainly of plants well adapted to desert conditions that dominate the area, besides few examples of water plants. The salinity was found, through chemical analysis of the lake water, to be of high value which reduces the diversity of aquatic animal and plant diversity.

The experiment was conducted in the botanical garden of the Department of Life Sciences/ College of Education for Pure Sciences Ibn Al-Haitham for the growing season 2021- 2020 in order to study the effect of urea and NPK fertilizer on some physiological characteristics of watercress plants. The seeds were sown on 10/15/2020 in plastic bags weighing 10 kg of soil. The shoots were sprayed with urea at three concentrations (0, 50, 100) mg L-1 in two sprays, and NPK fertilizer was added as a ground addition at three levels (0, 100, 200) kg H-1 in two sprays in conjunction with urea spraying. This paper investigates the effect of spread steel fiber into the slurry mortar on some properties of SIFCON. According to fiber distribution, two sets were used in this investigation.
