Abstract: The world witnessed the speed of a dangereuse virus now as Corona or Covid 19, which left many deaths in light of the inability of local and international Heath agencies to find a suitable vaccine to eliminate it and limit its spread, which negatively affected humain life in its various fields, and remains adopting healthy behaviors and habits A healthy Heath is the best solution to face the spread of the epidemic until realistic solutions that eliminate the virus are found.

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the backscattering electron coefficient for SixGe1-x/Si heterostructure sample as a function of primary electron beam energy (0.25-20 keV) and Ge concentration in the alloy. The results obtained have several characteristics that are as follows: the first one is that the intensity of the backscattered signal above the alloy is mainly related to the average atomic number of the SixGe1-x alloy. The second feature is that the backscattering electron coefficient line scan shows a constant value above each layer at low primary electron energies below 5 keV. Abstract—In this study, we present the experimental results of ultra-wideband (UWB) imaging oriented for detecting small malignant breast tumors at an early stage. The technique is based on radar sensing, whereby tissues are differentiated based on the dielectric contrast between the disease and its surrounding healthy tissues.
