Polycrystalline ingots of cadmium telluride have been synthesized using the direct
reaction technique, by fusing initial component consisting from pure elements in
stoichiometric ratio inside quartz ampoule is evacuated 10-6 torr cadmium telluride has
been grown under temperature at (1070) oC for (16) hr. was used in this study, the phases
observed in growing CdTe compound depend on the temperature used during the growth
process. Crystallography studies to CdTe compound was determined by X-ray diffraction
technique, which it has zinc blend structure and cubic unit cell, which lattice constants is

Five levels of Zn-EDTA fertilizer and foliar application of boron were used to study the local rice response through studying of some vegetative and reproductive growth characters, by conducting two field experiments at Kanipanka Agricultural Research Station during the summer season of 2004 by using RCBD with three replications. Smear zone is usually formed around the prefabricated vertical drains (PVD’s) due to mandrel driving. The geotechnical properties of the soil in this zone exhibit significant changes that affect the performance of the PVD’s. The most relevant property in this respect is the coefficient of permeability. So far, no serious attention is paid to investigate the effects of shearing under large shear strains on the geotechnical properties of the soft soil in Fao region.
