Many stone tools were found on a hill south of the Hor Al-Dalmaj which is located in the central part of the alluvial plain of Mesopotamia, between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers. The types of rocks from which the studied stone tools were made are not found in the alluvial plain, because it consists of friable sand, silt, and clay. All existing sediments were precipitated in riverine environments such as point bar, over bank, and floodplain sediments. Adaptive filtering is selected to contend with these defects, the adaptive filters can adjust the filter coefficient with the given filter order. This research aims to identify the factors effecting the investigation of insurance fraud from the perspective of the National Insurance Company employees, by analyzing the study variables and make recommendations on how to enhance the company and employees performance, and to achieve the objectives of the study and test hypotheses a questionnaire was designed after referring to the international standards  and the 1969 Iraqi punishment law, and it was answered by 20 employees that were approved for the purposes of  this research and analysis.

      The study found that lack of employee training was a strong factor, while the supervisory staff and operational procedures was a weak one.

In this research a local adsorbent was prepared from waste tires using two-step pyrolysis method. In the carbonization process, nitrogen gas flow rate was 0.2L/min at carbonization temperature of 500ºC for 1h. The char products were then preceded to the activation process at 850°C under carbon dioxide (CO2) activation flow rate of 0.6L/min for 3h. The activation method produced local adsorbent material with a surface area and total pore volume as high as 118.59m2 /g and 0.1467cm3/g, respectively. The study aimed to analyze the relationship between the internal public debt and the public budget deficit in Iraq during the period 2010–2020 using descriptive and analytical approaches to the data of the financial phenomenon. Furthermore, to track the development of public debt and the percentage of its contribution to the public budget of Iraq during the study period.
