An annular two-phase, steady and unsteady, flow model in which a conductingfluid flow under the action of magnetic field is concavely. Two models arepresented, in the model one; the magnetic field is perpendicular to the long side ofthe channel, while in the model two is perpendicular to the short side. Also, westudy, to some extent the single-phase liquid flow.It is found that the motion and heat transfer equations are controlled by differentdimensionless parameters namely, Reynolds, Hartmann, Prandtl, and Poiseuilleparameters. The Laplace transform technique is used to solve each of the motion andheat transfer equations. The effects of each of dimensionless parameters upon thevelocity and heat transfer is analyzed.A comprehensive study for Model 1, and 2 is given. Also, a comparison studyamong steady, unsteady, single-phase, two-phase for Model 1, and Model 2 isconsidered.

The ceramic compound Mg1-xSixAl2O4 (x= 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) was prepared from nano powder of Al2O3 and MgO doped with Nano powder of SiO2 at different molar ratios. The specimens were prepared by standard chemical solid reaction technique and sintered at 1450 oC. Structure of the specimens was analyzed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD). The X-ray patterns of the specimens showed the formation of pure simple cubic spinel structure MgAl2O4 phase with space group of ̅ . This study is done for determining of cholesteryl ester transfer protein polymorphism and evaluate its effect on serum lipid profile concentrations in some hyperlipidemic patients compared with healthy subjects in Salah Al-din governorate-Iraq. Blood samples were taken from (90) patients suffering from hyperlipidemia, and (70) samples that were apparently healthy controls. Serum lipid concentrations were measured by enzymatic assays.
