The article emphasizes that 3D stochastic positive linear system with delays is asymptotically stable and depends on the sum of the system matrices and at the same time independent on the values and numbers of the delays. Moreover, the asymptotic stability test of this system with delays can be abridged to the check of its corresponding 2D stochastic positive linear systems without delays. Results of a study of alloys and films with various Pb content have been reported and discussed. Films of of thickness 1.5 μm have been deposited on glass substrates by flash thermal evaporation method at room temperature, under vacuum at constant deposition rate. These films were annealed under vacuum around 10⁻⁶Torr at different temperatures up to 523 K. The analytical results of the failure types of six limestone islands in the Ha Long bay of Vietnam have been identified. The calculated results of safety factor for 03 plane failure blocks lie within 0.9 and 2, have high potential failure.
