The current study executes a fully coupled thermomechanical simulation of friction stir welding (FSW) process of aluminum 6061-T6 alloy T-joint type using finite element method. The analysis simulation accounts for the three steps of the FSW process which includes: plunging, dwelling, and moving stages. The temperature history, associated stresses and strains generated through the FSW phases, tool reaction force, and time-dependence of the energy dissipation were evaluated. To overcome the shortcomings of purely Lagrangian and Eulerian descriptions, Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian (ALE) formulation, adaptive meshing, and the mass scaling were used as techniques to improve sequence modeling of the friction stir welding process. Coulomb’s friction law with nonlinear friction coefficient was used to model contact between the tool and T-joint configuration. To verify the numerical results, an experimental setup was constructed to carry out the FSW of a T-joint. Meanwhile, embedded thermocouples were used in the advancing side to measure temperature close to the welding line. The results obtained throughout the simulation study showed that the temperature was symmetrically distributed across the T-joint width, and the temperature contour displayed a high gradient in the weld stirring zone with a V type shape after the plunge stage. Good correlation between numerical and experimental temperature results was obtained with a little shift in the peak value. The results of von-Mises value showed that the maximum stress has been moved from the skin part gradually into the stringer part with the advancement of the tool during plunging. The plastic strain value was higher on the advancing side in comparison with the retreating side. Moreover, the heat generation calculation showed that the frictional dissipation energy was responsible for generating most of the heat needed to obtain a successful FSW.
The health care provided by health institutions and all kinds suffers from many problems, and since the health services provided are related to human life, it is necessary to shed light on this activity and identify the causes of these problems. This research aims to Definition of health institutions (hospitals) Performance audit of these institutions according to the latest indicators, which are the standards of health accreditation for hospitals, specifically the basic standards issued by the Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) to reach the level of performance and Knowledge of Constraints that lead to in an acceptable manner consistent with the approved standards. In theoretical and practical study, a number of conclusions were r

The stability constant K and Gibbs free energy ∆G were calculated for [Co (H3L3)] K, [Ni (H3L3)] K and [Cu (H3L3)] K and complexes using spectrophotometer method. The obtained values indicate that these complexes stable in their solution. From the above data

Aldosterone has been shown for decades that a plasma aldosterone concentration is elevated in CKD. Whilst, Osteoprotegerin (OPG), after its capacity to protect bone, also osteoprotegerin is elevated in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), where it could predict the deterioration of kidney function, cardiovascular, vascular events and all-cause mortality. On the other hand, fibroblast growth factors (FGFs), in patients with CKD, its levels seem to increase progressively as kidney function worsens. The aim of the present study is to assess the correlations between serum osteoprotegerin

This research focuses on nominalizations in detail, which are originally formed words that have been changed for a noun role. These nominalizations are examined within the context of Facebook posts. The research aims to discover the various nominalizations used and how often they appear in a large sample of data from Public Facebook Posts Corpora. Computational linguistics opened new fields of study and enabled researchers to study large amounts of data easily, making it easier to identify patterns. The research aims to enhance the level of evaluation of the performance of banking transactions control policies and procedures. The research is based on the following hypothesis: efficient transactions control policies and procedures contribute enhancing financial reporting, by assessing non-application gap of those policies and procedures in a manner that helps to prevent, discover, and correct material misstatements. The researchers designed an examination list that includes the control policies and procedures related to the transactions, as a guide to the bank audit program prepared by the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau.
