This paper compare  the accurecy of HF propagation  prediction programs for  HF circuits links between Iraq and  different points world wide  during August 2018 when  solar cycle 24 (start 2009 end 2020) is at minimun activity and also find out the best communication mode  used. This paper is concerned with introducing and studying the M-space by using the mixed degree systems which are the core concept in this paper. The necessary and sufficient condition for the equivalence of two reflexive M-spaces is super imposed. In addition, the m-derived graphs, m-open graphs, m-closed graphs, m-interior operators, m-closure operators and M-subspace are introduced. From an M-space, a unique supratopological space is introduced. Furthermore, the m-continuous (m-open and m-closed) functions are defined and the fundamental theorem of the m-continuity is provided. The present study provides a new insight into valuable information on the diverse structure of the Anisakid population and discusses the limited species richness in the Nemipterus japonicus (Bloch,1791) (Perciformes, Nemiperidae). The fishing area consists of various locations in the Arabian Gulf (29°58 0 33 00 N48°28 0 20 E). A total of 315 marine fish were examined, (n=287) were infected.
