This research paper aims at studying the effect of adopting the corporate social responsibility on marketing performance indicators, where the study adopted the descriptive method for theoretical concepts, in addition to the statistical approach by using the SPSS v25 program to analyze the questionnaire and test the hypotheses of the study. The results showed that there is a positive correlation between social responsibility and marketing performance indicators, and the study found that it is better for NAFTAL Company to mix the environmental and social responsibilities in order to improve its marketing performance. In this work laser detection and tracking system (LDTS) is designed and implemented using a fuzzy logic controller (FLC). A 5 mW He-Ne laser system and an array of nine PN photodiodes are used in the detection system. The FLC is simulated using MATLAB package and the result is stored in a lock up table to use it in the real time operation of the system. The results give a good system response in the target detection and tracking in the real time operation.

The research aims to identify decent work and its impact in enhancing job immersion. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool to analyze the sample responses of (81) workers to represent an estimated response rate of (88 per cent) out of the total population of (92) individuals.
