Herbal remedies are used in induction of lactation. In view of that .Borage Officinalis was employed to ensure an abundant milk supply or rectify milk insufficiency .However, this remedy has not been scientifically tested .The animals were treated with the aqueous extract of Borage Officinalis flowers at a daily concentration of 100 mg / kg body weight /ml for each rat through Oro-gastric tube for 14 days. Animals were subdivided into subgroups according to their physiological status. Mammary glands of these animals were processed for histological, histochemical and immunohistochemical studies. The objective of this study was to isolate and identify the asparaginase-producing bacteria, then purify and characterize the enzyme in order to investigate their properties in the future. Fifteen local bacterial isolates were isolated from various sites in the city of Baghdad, identified by conventional morphological and biochemical procedures, and confirmed using vitek 2 methods, and submitted to primary screening processes for asparaginase production. Pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique was applied to prepared Chromium oxide (Cr₂O₃) nanostructure doped with Titanium oxide (TiO₂) thin films at different concentration ratios 3,5,7 and 9 wt % of TiO₂. The effect of TiO₂ dopant on the average size of crystallite of the synthesized nanostructures was examined by X-ray diffraction.
