This paper presents a novel idea as it investigates the rescue effect of the prey with fluctuation effect for the first time to propose a modified predator-prey model that forms a non-autonomous model. However, the approximation method is utilized to convert the non-autonomous model to an autonomous one by simplifying the mathematical analysis and following the dynamical behaviors. Some theoretical properties of the proposed autonomous model like the boundedness, stability, and Kolmogorov conditions are studied. In this paper, three approximate methods namely the Bernoulli, the Bernstein, and the shifted Legendre polynomials operational matrices are presented to solve two important nonlinear ordinary differential equations that appeared in engineering and applied science. The Riccati and the Darcy-Brinkman-Forchheimer moment equations are solved and the approximate solutions are obtained. A proposed method is designed to control the opening of door gate based on the recognition of the license plates number in Iraq. In general the system consists of four stages; Image capturing, License plate cropping, character segmentation and character recognition.
