The Current research aims at building a scale for the time management for the faculty members at the University of Baghdad. To achieve this goal, the researcher formulates (45) paragraphs by using verbal expressions. In front of each expression, five alternatives have been placed reflecting the extent of the emergence of this behavior (always, often, sometimes, rarely, never). For the purpose of verifying the validity of the paragraphs of the scale; the researcher has consulted a group of experts who revised these paragraphs and show their remarks.  A New developed technique to estimate the necessary six elastic constants of homogeneous laminate of special orthotropic properties are presented in this paper for the first time. The new approach utilizes the elasto-static deflection behavior of composite cantilever beam employing the famous theory of Timoshenko. Three extracted strips of the composite plate are tested for measuring the bending deflection at two locations. Ameloblastic fibroma is a rare benign tumor usually affects the first two decades of life. The neoplasm is more predominant in mandibular molar-premolar region and rarely affects the maxilla. In this report, we present a couple of Ameloblastic fibroma cases, affecting boys at their 1st decade. The lesions were presented as swellings of their maxilla, which is atypical location. Radiographic images showed well-defined radiolucency containing areas of radio-opacities and impacted teeth. Differential diagnosis was established as cystic/neoplastic conditions.
