Second language learner may commit many mistakes in the process of second language learning. Throughout the Error Analysis Theory, the present study discusses the problems faced by second language learners whose Kurdish is their native language. At the very stages of language learning, second language learners will recognize the errors committed, yet they would not identify the type, the stage and error type shift in the process of language learning. Depending on their educational background of English as basic module, English department students at the university stage would make phonological, morphological, syntactic, semantic and lexical as well as speech errors. The main function of the auditing process is to get a financial report provide information about the activities of the economic entities. The financial report's information is intended to be useful in making decisions and planning for entities future. Such information became more effective and efficient if the auditors process analytical auditing procedures, by using those financial analysis tools, which mean more detailed indicators.

The objectives of this research are to investigate auditor's use of analytical procedures in Oman and identify the main objectives for using these procedures. A questionnaire was used to gather the data for the study. A sample of 65 auditors and the response rate was 80% (52).

Objective(s): This study aimed to evaluate job satisfaction among nurses working at primary health care centers        in Samawa City.

Methodology: A Descriptive evolutional study has been carried out during the period from 1 February 2022 to 1 June 2022. A nonprobability (convenience) sample of (200) nurse were selected from different educational level. A questionnaire format is developed for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives of the study.
