The twelve samples of agricultural soils from four regions in Al-Najaf governorate with sampling plant with soil. Physical properties of the soil where studied, such as electrical conductivity ranged from (136.33-1070.00)μS/cm^-3, and moisture which ranged between the values (0.39-36.48)%. Due to the importance of the extraction process in many engineering and medical industries, in addition to great interest in medicinal plants, in this research, microwave-assisted extraction has been applied to extract some active compounds from Rosmarinus officinalis leaves.  The optimal extraction conditions were then determined by calculating the ratio and extraction efficiency. This paper is concerned with the blow-up solutions of a system of two reaction-diffusion equations coupled in both equations and boundary conditions. In order to understand how the reaction terms and the boundary terms affect the blow-up properties, the lower and upper blow-up rate estimates are derived.
