In this work, a Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF) sensor based on the Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technology was proposed. A thin layer of gold (Au) was deposited on a D-shaped Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF), which was coated with plasmonic chemically stable gold material with a thickness of 40nm. The performance parameters like sensitivity including wavelength sensitivity and amplitude sensitivity and resolution were evaluated by simulation using COMSOL software. and obtaining high contrast in visual image. In this research, three texts have
written on Wight board and they were picturing by digital camera on different
distances between the text and digital camera depends on fluorescent lighting
using Sobol Operator image to obtain edges for three image text image. The
mean (statistical and diagonal) contrast has been determined to the text image in edges area. The research notes that the mean (statistical and diagonal) contrast of text images decreases with increases the distance
between the camera and the board.

      The Costing Accounting is one the analytic tools which plays important role by support the management in planning&  control and decisions-making ,as it became attendant necessity to establish any project whether industrial ,commercial ,service or agriculture ..etc.

     The consolidated accounting system has committed the companies to have their active costing system in which the management can obtain their own data, but we found most of the economic units face problems of applying the costing system because of reasons related to the system design itself or might be related to the requirements of the application success.

Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) belongs to the family of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM)  and has, recently, received a wide popularity in decision making regarding supplier selection.  The objective of this study is to apply the methodology of AHP on selecting suppliers to supply materials for the  Geological Survey and Mining  Company (GSMC).  Criteria for rating the suppliers and pairwise comparisons were identified by the members of the Tenders Analysis Committee (TAC).
