Abstract

The spread of the phenomenon of excessive buying in our society, especially for cosmetics, and at the same time increase the marketing deception by the organizations to take quick profit 'and accordingly was identified the problem of research in several questions, including:

The research aims to apply a modified SERVQUAL model to evaluate the quality of the educational services via conducting exploratory research for students from the College of Administration and Economics- Department of Business Administration- Evening studies at the University of Baghdad. Questionnaire of two parts was distributed to a sample of (72) students out of (720) students of the 2^nd.,3^rd. and 4^th. year in the beginning of the second semester of the year 2008-2009 to measure the expectations and perceptions to the quality of the educational services. Adsorption of Chlorophenol compounds in aqueous solution on Iraqi siliceouns rocks powder have been investigated. UV technique has been used to determine the adsorption isotherms. The results showed that the adsorption isotherms obeyed Freundlich adsorption equation. The adsorption was endothermic process, increasing temperature leads to increasing adsorption.  H,  S,  G were calculated. Abstract

The research aims to investigate the private sector attitudes toward operational contracting in special education schools. The research adopted the qualitative approach by using personal interviews with a sample of (45) private school owners and managers in Oman. The results of the research revealed that there is an agreement among the majority of respondents on the ability of the private sector to manage special education schools, the advantages of the partnership, as well as the need for guarantees to support this partnership.
