مشكلة البحث وآهميته :

تعد مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة من المراحل شديدة الأهمية في نمو الأطفال في هذه المرحلة تمتد رغبة الطفل في التعرف على العالم المحيط به ثم تتطور أنشطته لتصبح أكثر عمقا وأتساعا فتتضمن البيئة البعيدة عنه ، هذا فضلا على أن 50% من التنمية الذهنية للطفل تتشكل في السنوات الأربع الأولى من العمر وأن القراءة هي إحدى المكونات الأساسية التي تعززهذا الجانب من التنمية .

The optimum conditions for production of fibrinolytic protease from an edible mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus grown on the solid medium , Sus medium, composed of Sus wastes (produced from extracted medicinal plant Glycyrrhiza glabra) were determined. Addition of 5% of Soya bean seeds meal in Sus medium recorded a maximum fibrinolytic protease activity resulting in 7.7 units / ml. The optimum moisture content of Sus medium supplemented with 5% Soya bean seeds meal was 60% resulting in 7.2 units / ml.Pleurotus ostreatus produced a maximum fibrinolytic protease activity when the spawn rate,pH of medium and incubation temperature were 2,6 and 30°C, respectively. Abstact:
Nursery is one of educational institution in the process of developing the
social concepts that it includes a quirking the knowledge and experiences that
help the kid to adjust with environment through arrangement words ,
movements and concrete things which are transferred to the kids so as to
realize these concepts .
Social concepts are numbers of words and statements with social nature
which the kids learn through the family or nursery in order to effect their
educational style of independent and helping the others .
The re searcher adopted this theory because of the little studies in the
