In the present work, Uranium (²³⁸U), Thorium (²³²Th) and Potassium (⁴⁰K) specific activity concentration in (Bq/kg) was measured in five different types for wheat flours that are available in the Iraqi markets. The gamma spectrometry method with an NaI (Tl) detector has been used for radiometric measurements. The current research aims to identify the occupational stresses of doctors who are working in governmental hospitals according to the variables of gender and career ranking. The researcher adopted a scale to measure the occupational stress of (1088) doctors (561 males and 527 females) working in governmental hospitals. The results have shown that doctors have a high level of professional stress, but there is no significant difference between doctors in terms of gender. However, there were significant differences in favor of novice residents.

This paper is an attempt to investigate and analyse some stylistic features in two selected, English and Arabic, war poems. These poems share the same theme.Both promote the principle of sacrificing one’s own life for the sake of homeland.  This paper limits itself to analyse, thecontent words, tenses, semantic grouping of vocabulary and foregrounding in the two poems. The areas of analysis show great similarities in distributing the general content words (nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs). In the analysis of the semantic areas of each content word, these poems reveal some similarities and some differences in their frequency rates.
