The research aims at identifying the organizational performance of the kindergarten teachers and defines the educational environment of kindergarten children. Leuconostoc bacteria was isolated from local pickled cabbage (Brassica oleracea capitata) and identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides by morphology,biochemical and physiological.
