Semiotics of Picture and News

It has become familiar to see alchemy as a methodological approach that combines conscious, diverse, psychological, social, structural, and discrete approaches in the communications technology that Marshall McLuhan found to be able to extend our bodies and senses, The media discourse has a deep and superficial structure produced by the first, with its social, cultural and historical backgrounds, in a context that connects the image with the word, as the "meanings are made" - everywhere, as described by Jonathan ) In fashion, in the arts as a whole, and from its "signs" Our analysis of «meaning», in the media, and communication through advertising, magazines, newspapers, television, and the Internet. Therefore, alchemy is preoccupied with how the signs work, their relation to each other and to the specific community, individuals and to each variable (ethnographic), which varies according to their culture and hobby.
Which widens the field of alchemy to a wider range than its specific structure, but opens up to different codes, structures and conflicting ideologies where it reads (signs) in different ways and is compatible with other texts.
Here, the semiotics impose a special methodological adjustment, because of the clash of the many meanings, and the intersection of them in one point, and one time, which makes us pursue these meanings, flowing, to take a position, or a specific interpretation or interpretation from different reception angles to the audience of readers, In the form of analysis and synthesis, and the reintroduction of the media (incident), in the multiplication of identities, their transformations, fixed and transformative patterns, virtual and virtual self-formation with the unrealistic, ) Come on To create the human of the present century for the broadcast of new values in the media culture, and remain the active actor, between the actors of the methodology is also effective, as you intend to go into the problems, and explain one aspect of a coherent analytical approach.

Synthesis, characterization and in vitro antimicrobial activity of some novel 5-substituted Schiff and Mannich base of isatin derivatives
...Show More Authors

With the aim of developing potential antimicrobials, a series of novel Ciprofloxacin methylene isatin derivatives incorporating different aromatic aldehydes were synthesized and characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, Mass spectroscopy and bases of elemental analysis. In addition, the in vitro antibacterial and antifungal properties were tested against some human pathogenic microorganisms by employing the disc diffusion technique. A majority of compounds were showing activity against several of the microorganisms. The relationship between the functional group variation and the biological activity of the evaluated compounds is discussed. From comparisons of the compounds, 3c was determined to be the most active compound.

ABSTRACT<p> Antimicrobial therapies are desperately needed since the threat posed by multidrug‐resistant (MDR) bacteria only grows. Bacteriocins produced by Streptococcus salivarius possess promising antibacterial properties, yet their practical application is hindered by low production yield and limited stability. Here, we report the green synthesis of a novel biohybrid by conjugating purified S. salivarius bacteriocins with zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnONPs), aiming to enhance bacteriocin stability and antimicrobial efficacy. Interactive effects of coco peat and organic fermented foliar sprays on growth, yield, and quality of cauliflower (Brassica oleracea)
...Show More Authors

Sustainable agriculture requires eco-friendly inputs to improve crop productivity while reducing reliance on chemicals. Coco peat enhances root growth and nutrient availability, while fermented fish waste and sugarcane juice provide essential nutrients and growth stimulants. To further evaluate, a study was carried out during the fall season of 2024–2025 at University of Baghdad – Al-Jadiryah campus. Following standard field preparation, cauliflower (Brassica oleracea cv. Casper) saplings were transplanted on October 15, 2024, into raised beds in double rows (75 cm × 40 cm). The trial was conducted as a 5×3 factorial experiment in a split-plot RCBD, with coco peat as the main plot and foliar sprays as subplot. The main plot co

Abstract<p>An experiment was conducted to study the effect of the sprayer type according to the source of power and the size of the spray nozzle concerning the quality of the spray produced and fuel consumption. Two types of sprayers were used: a conventional boom sprayer (S1) and a modified (electrified) boom sprayer (S2), along with three sizes of the XR TeeJet 110 spray nozzle (N). The following technical performance indicators were examined: Density of coverage (drops/cm2) using ImageJ software, a 600dpi business card scanner, specifically the ScanShell 800N by CSSN, Inc, and water-sensitive paper (WSP), rate of spray nozzles discharge (ml/min), and fuel consumption (liters/hectare) using a c</p> ... Background: Crohn's disease (CD) is an immunological disorder associated with chronic inflammatory process of several unspecific regions of gastrointestinal tract but frequently detected in the terminal Ilium and proximal colon or both. This disease frequently presented with various oral manifestations as a consequence of inflammatory process of the disease, nutritional deficiency or medications side effects. Several therapeutic approaches have been developed for CD management that are targeting the inflammatory process and directed at controlling the host immune response. Immunosuppressants such as Azathioprine and anti-TNF α agents as well as the combination of them have been widely used as an effective therapeutic modality with a bett
