The effect of annealing temperature (Ta) on the electrical properties like ,D.C electrical conductivity (σ DC), activation energy (Ea),A.C conductivity σa.c ,real and imaginary (ε1,ε2) of dielectric constants ,relaxation time (τ) has been measured of ZnS thin films (350 nm) in thickness which were prepared at room temperature (R.T) using thermal evaporation under vacuum . The results showed that σD.C increases while the activation energy values(Ea) decreases with increasing of annealing temperature.(Ta) from 303- 423 K .
The density of charge carriers (nH) and Hall mobility (μH) increases also with increasing of annealing temperature Hall effect measurements showed that ZnS films were n-type converted to p-type at high annealin
Cadmium Oxide thin films were deposited on glass substrate by spray pyrolysis technique at different temperatures (300,350,400, 500)oC. The optical properties of the films were studied in this work. The optical band-gap was determined from absorption spectra, it was found that the optical band-gap was within the range of (2.5-2.56)eV also width of localized states and another optical properties.
in this paper sufficient conditions of oscillation of all of nonlinear second order neutral differential eqiation and sifficient conditions for nonoscillatory soloitions to onverage to zero are obtained
Thin films of Nb2O5 have been successfully deposited using the DC reactive magnetron sputtering technique to manufacture NH3 gas sensors. These films have been annealed at a high temperature of 800°C for one hour. The assessment of the Nb2O5 thin films structural, morphological, and electrical characteristics was carried out using several methods such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), Hall effect measurements, and sensitivity assessments. The XRD analysis confirms the polycrystalline composition of the Nb2O5 thin films with a hexagonal crystal structure. Furthermore, the sensitivity, response time, and recovery time of the gas sensor were evaluated for the Nb2O5 thin film
... Show MoreMixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils were distilled into narrow fractions. The range of these narrow fractions were 10oC, starting from IBP to 350oC. The total distillates from mixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils were 58.25 vol % and 44.65 vol %, respectively. The hydrocarbons compositions (paraffin, naphthene, aromatic) in light fractions starting from IBP to 250oC were determined by using PONA analysis method. The results show that the paraffin content decreases with increasing mid percent boiling point of the fraction, while the naphthene, and aromatic increase with the increase of mid percent boiling point of mixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils. Three groups of empirical equations were developed for the prediction
... Show MoreThis research includes a study of dezincification by corrosion from brass alloys in three types of media, which are acidic solution, basic and slat solution in different percentages. The study show the higher dezincification occurs in basic solution which decrease the fatigue properties where the fatigue properties are inversely proportional with dezincification.
The change in the optical band gap and optical activation energy have been investigated for pure Poly (vinyl alcohol)and Poly (vinyl alcohol) doped with Aluminum sulphate to proper films from their optical absorption spectra. The absorption spectra were measured in the wave range from (200-700) nm at temperature range (25-140) 0C. The optical band gap (Eg) for allowed direct transition decrease with increase the concentration of Aluminum sulphate. The optical activation energy for allowed direct transition band gap was evaluated using Urbach- edges method. It was found that ?E increases with increasing the concentration of Al2 (SO4)3 and decreases when temperature increases.
The research problem can be summarized through focusing on the environment that surrounds students and class congestion, how these factors affect directly or indirectly the academic achievement of students, how these factors affect understanding the scientific material that the student receives in this physical environment, how classroom’s components such as seats, space With which the student can move, the number of students in the same class, the lighting, whether natural or artificial, and is this lighting sufficient or not enough, the nature of the wall paint old or modern, is it comfortable for sight, the blackboard if it is Good or exhausted, In addition to air-conditioning sets in summer and winter, this is on the on
... Show MoreObjective: In order to evaluate the effect of different typed of Separating Medium on the roughness of the fitted
tissue surface of acrylic denture base.
Methodology: Chosen three types of separating medium (Group A Tin foil), (Group B Detery Isolant),(Group C
Cold Mould Seal),used 30 samples of hot cure acrylic resin ,10 samples for each group, after complete curing of
these samples , Profilometer device was used to measure the surface roughness of each sample in all groups.
Results: Using One Way ANOVA Test and LSD test, the results were highly significant in differences among all
groups. Although (Group A) showing lest roughness, (Group B) showing a satisfactory result of roughness, While
(Group C) Showing the hig
